Pack-out and Ship
The PACK-OUT and SHIP module provides the option of packing out orders, tracking packed items within packed boxes, generating packing slips with Box Labels and reviewing the pack-out before the shipment transaction hits the financial books.
The module features a Pack Master that links to a single sales order and allows only one active pack-out per sales order and one pack out per assigned Station.
Assigned to the Pack Master ID are a number of user-defined Box Masters that capture master data specific to the box(es) for that Pack Out. Each box editor has a grid entry for collecting and adjusting the items into and out of the box(es).
Optional comments are also supported along with Annotations and attachments to the Pack Out master and individual boxes.
MODULE FEATURES
Once a Pack-Out has been reviewed edited and finalized, the module allows for shipping the complete pack out and transacting the shipments in the system for invoicing.
A standard Box Pack-Out Label and Item Detail report is linked to the Pack-Out Master, allowing printing of the Pack-Out Box packing slip for inclusion in the packed box before sealing and shipping the order.
The optional Pack-Out Ship module works alongside the current Order to Cash process work flow.
